Anybody riding before work?

I have teamed up with a Dane who lives close to me starting this week and I can squeeze in 26 miles before work. Feels really good especially now that its getting warmer and the sun is more or less up when we start at 6am.

Only if you count commuting to work or hitting the trainer when I can't sleep. In the summer, I try to ride in the morning so I can ride again in the evening too, but I don't have to go to work in between.

Yah, there are a lot of quiet roads around here in the morning that I like to take advantage of. I haven't done any morning rides yet this season though.

Do in the winter. Ride rollers for a few hours before work then rode outside when home from work and temps were above - freezeyoballzoff

Not currently, but planning this, turn the 5 mile commute to work into something a bit longer. I don't have to be there until 8:30ish, so there should be time...

This morning I did 1.5hrs on the trainer and 2 outside after work. Riding outside in the early morning kinda sucks this time of year (kinda cold, but then warms up so you're never dressed appropriately). I'm heading out at 6 am tomorrow for a 4 hour ride.
