Hey all,
I'll be in Cuchara, CO for the month of July. I am interested in doing a multi day ride somewhere in that area (open to other areas in so. CO as well). I don't want to load up with panniers and such... so I am looking for ideas on rides that run between towns. I'm thinking 50 miles a day for 3-4 days if the trail conditions are reasonable.

Let me know what you've done, and why it is worth repeating.

What kind of riding are you looking for?

Doh... I'm on a mountain bike. Looking for singletrack - fireroad. I would like to avoid paved roads for as much of the riding as possible. I'm open to technical routes as long as they can be ridden in one day (40 miles-ish on the technical end?).

I was thinking that there must be some rides between some of the southern / central Colorado towns, maybe in the San Juans, but I'm not sure.
