Hello all. I am just getting into biking again and was wondering if there are any stretches or advice for my hamstring burn while riding. I am alittle out of shape, but hoping to have a remedy until I get back to shape.
the simple stuff works the best. just keep your knees straight and try and touch your tows. if u cant get that low then just see how far you can go. if you start cramping up try using Elete water aditive. it gives you all the stuff ur body loses from sweat but w/out the sugars like gatorade has.
