I've now done a 50 and 72 miler on it. Even hit some gravel on the long ride. Very nice riding bike for a $500 frame.

    Some other specs...

HED Belgium Rims laced to some old Hugi hubs wrapped with Challenger Parigi-Roubaix tires.

Ritchey post and square taper cranks w/phil woods BB

Nitto Noodle bars w/Fizik thick wrap(3.2mm?)

Fork is a surly but I may change it...

I'm not a fan of the Noodles.
All of that reach is stupid. Those bars are shaped like that for handlebar bag clearance.
Put some "standard" round- bend bars on that bike and it'll handle MUCH better.

    Standard round?

They are super comfy for me in the drops if that is what you are calling reach.

    I'm 6'3" with an equal wingspan. The frame is a 61cm. stem - 120mm 20°rise(?).
