Im thinking about getting a new disc disc brake for my HT
I don't need tons of stopping power or a very light weight
Im just looking for a brake with good control and easy maintainance
I have several brakes in mind, what do u think?
1. 2008 XT
2. Saint
3. Juicy 7

Budget is limited so I am not going to get a hope.
Also, I want to ask if the Shimano "servo wave" thing works as it sounds? or its just a gimmick?

go with the saint or juicy 7, but skip the 08 xt. i've never had any problems with juicys, i'm a big fan, but i know some others aren't as thrilled about them. Saints tend to be more reliable? i donno, i'd probably buy 7's, but alot of people like saints

the xt's are last years xtr's which are badass but a little mushy w/out goodridge lines. sevens are sic and you can get them cheap (check the santa cruz bargains) so they have my vote.
