After a wreck yesterday, I destroyed my right grip and need a replacement. I'm looking for a squishier grip or a nice ergo grip would do as well. Preferably in a lighter blue and lock-on.

I'm also looking for a decent 11 speed shifter with a pointer finger trigger, similar to the link below but separate from the brake. I know Shimano makes one, I saw it on a lower-end hard tail , but probably not quality and I don't see it on the website. I like the feel of the pointer finger trigger shift. Not picky on brand, just needs to not be garbage. Any help is appreciated.

If this is just a surface chip don't worry about it.

If it gets into the fibers I would trim them back to undamaged material to prevent propagation of the damage.

That's the least structurally significant part of the bar. I refuse to use carbon handlebars but even I wouldn't worry about that one.
