Check Dirt Issue 30. Help needed on courses in Snowdonia (real mountains) and the Nannerch course is available to ride and help build at weekends only. (This is cos the forestry will be there with big fat tree felling machines in the week that cut through logs, frames, helmets far too easily)

I am straight up there with me bowsaw and spades next free weekend.

One of those places everyone in the UK should ride, claims to have ridden but few have done cos they can blag they have done it after watching Sprung 2.

I have never been to Wales. I have driven past the turn off on my way to Plymouth. As a contrcator in Germany I very much doubt that my wife would let me have a biking holiday as she is not really into extreme biking.

I stick to East Anglia, we have found an amazingly good hill for DH in a place called Wakerly Woods. I use it for DH and GrassBoarding.

You can get up to some hell of a speed!
