The money was apparently sent to cover up a 1999 positive drug test for corticosteroids, which Armstrong had used to treat saddle sores."
I guess these are unfounded allegations, but it's no wonder DH barely registers within the UCI. You can't make this stuff up! (Well, maybe Kathy Lemond can...)
