I want to give a big thanks to Stosh for putting this all together once again!!

I'm not sure if the pairings were random or not, but either way he did do a great job of putting Monkeys together on this one!

Way to go Stosh!!!

:stupid:

In case not everyone knows, James at least used to be (I assume still is) an industry guy, and used to work for Giant. So he's probably not paying retail :)

Sweet gift, for sure... Lucky dog-- err, monkey!
Now now, it's not about how much was spent, I trolled through all of Rick's old posts to try and find something that he'd like, and more importantly, enjoy. The point of all of this is to have fun with it, yes? Had I gotten someone else, it might have been a different item.
Yes, I am an industry guy (thanks for blowing my cover BV! :)), been a while since the Giant years, but I've moved on (and up) since then. It's been good to me.
Personally, I think the gift I recieved was the hotness, it was a huge surprise, and something I'd wanted for a while.
I've been here for more than 5 years, and it's just cool that as big as the Monkey has gotten, there is that core group of folks who are always around.

So thanks again to Stosh for putting on this whole shebang!

JJames

P.S. Note to Rick: Those shirts were used to soak up a bit of water that my puppy spilled here @ work, so you might want to wash 'em! :)

Thank you Westy! That's a beautiful photo. Along with the explanation behind it, you've given me a version of two of the more unusual items on my wish list, a ride related photo and story about riding. Additionally, regarding the photo, recent decisions have been made that are leaning towards a move away from the east coast and I will miss those rich autumn colors so much. It'll be nice to have the photo as a reminder and to imagine riders making their way along the ridge in the background.

Thanks also for sharing your family tradition with the Christmas Crackers and for the UV pint glass.

Really stoked, thanks a bunch. Happy holidays to you and yours.

Thanks, but why? So you can continue to see me from afar at an event, not introduce yourself and say hi, then write me later saying you think you saw me but wasn't sure it was me so you didn't introduce yourelf and say hi? And every time, it's definately been me.
