It's just an ad space, since there's no ad there, it may as well be filled with something and it's bringing exposure to a couple sections of the site that need it. I agree that it's not formatted particularly well, will see if I can work on that.

Ah I see, you guys are premium members. You should mention that when you moan and groan because what you see is different than 99.9% of people on the board. I'll fix that.
