Hi everyone, I have a problem with a "clonk" noise and a tiny play feel on the right leg of my fork when it is compressed.

I opened it and discovered this:

Is this normal? If not, can it be fixed? I dont have a tool to remove the circlip at this moment and I am a bit worried :(

Your rebound damper head glide ring might have fallen off or broke.
Thank you for the answer, does that piece come in the service kits? Is it like a seal or something like that?

By the way, the adjustments still work perfectly and the fork works normally, but it sounds like "clonk" when i push it and has some play in the right leg.

I don't know, I unmounted the damper and it looks fine:

Some people told me that this "issue" is normal with Boxxers, and it is related with how the oil moves through the damping system, but it just doesn't seems right.

It is a 2010 by the way.

EDIT: I just discovered this:

The white zone is like 7cm long and its a bit rough, is this normal?
