Not sure where else to put this, but in short, I had a clamp bolt snap during a DH section on my KS 950i and because I'm so rad (i.e. fat) I kept riding and ended up stripping the interlocking clamp teeth. I honestly did really know the bolt had broken until I got the bottom and my saddle was all wonky. Anyway, I sent it in to KS, and they replaced the clamp, put in a new cart, cleaned everything up, and sent it back within 3 days. From speaking with Ron at KS, the most likely culprit is yours truly for overtightening the the clamp bolts, so the moral of the story is use a torque wrench, even on seat post clamp bolts :thumb:

Again, thanks to KS for great customer service and getting me sorted so quickly. Love my 950!
