Doesn't work -- neither does the rep button.
Yeah, Quick Reply doesn't work for me either. Not only does it not jump down to the quick reply box, whatever post I've selected to reply to won't quote if I check off "Quote message."
This is with both Firefox 2.0.0.7 and Internet Explorer 6.
Unlike Wumpus, though, I have no problem with the rep button.

Weird. It won't work for me, but if I select "open link in new tab", it opens up.
Same version of Firefox as BV.
