hey just wanted to straigten something out before i take my bike out again.. Should the blue rebound adjuster knob on swinger 4-way be facing the front tire or the rear tire. Mine, how it bought it is on the top facing the rear tire. On a previous thread someone had problems with this? Please clarify thanx.
