I'll admit to never having much more than an passing knowledge of The Hip, put holy smokes was that final CBC concert astounding, especially "Grace, too". Everything he had went into that song.

I somehow didn't hear about this until last night.

But knew something was up, as every single radio station up here was playing Hip songs when I got in the car after work.

Saw the hip back in Syracuse, I think it was my first concert. Not a die hard fan like some people, but he was truly a great musician.

Yup. Too bad he didn't suck or need autotune to sound not-shitty.... he'd live forever if that were the case..

I'm still convinced Nikki Menage and Drake are behind all the good artists' deaths over the last 4 years... seems if your epic, you are doomed...
