the other night on the ave in the udistrict i saw some of them shady looking guys (ave rats) hanging out next to what looked like a decent dh/fr bike.
no way these guys were riders, and i got the impression it may have been stolen.
the bike was dark gray, and i know it had a dark red boxxer with matching crowns, probably an older team eddition. maybe even something back to 2001. the bike also had a bright red bashguard for the chainguide.
i never got close enough to see exactly what it was
if i was alone i would have pulled a "hey wow what kind of bike is that" and when they had no idea what it really was, swoop it from them, ride off, and post up pics here. i was with a bunch of unwilling people tho.
anyways, anyone around seattle had a stolen bike that matches that weak description?
