Servicing my Boxxer Team, bought new last May.

The small 2mm screw which holds the top compression adjuster in place won't budge. I'm already worried I might have rounded it slightly .

Suggestions?

In these situations, I use a small torx wrench and the right amount of violence.

In the bathroom, fighting a battle
Get a soldering iron, heat the bolt up to break any loctite free and loosen any corrosion up, let it cool off comepletely, then tap a torx bit into it for extra bite, turn to the left, then throw your fork in the trash and buy a Rux, Rux is always the answer

I'd tried soldering iron and after checking the screw on wifey's fork there didn't appear to be any Loctite on hers. So no joy there.

@StiHacka suggested what I was contemplating, a torx with quite a lot of force got the screw free. It definitely won't work with a 2mm hex now.
