That's that grifter shit who went from a twitter account tweeting out half baked recycled information during the caldor fire who because he got a lot of retweets as some kind of source, decided he was going to start that blog. That guy put out all kinds of uninformed bullshit last year. And then developed a severe case of delusions of grandeur
Maybe he's got some good info but apparently only subscribers can read it. The date on your link entry is old, and as you probably know, they already released the source of the fire as sparking bullets from someone shooting outside of grizzly flats. If there's somehow more to that story, no one else seems to be on it.
