Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District is going threw their planning process for Sierra Azul. Sierra Azul covers a lot of land from the Los Gatos hills, around Lexington reservoir to Quicksilver Park and ending at demonstration forest. The "master plan" made from the planning process will decides what will be done in the Sierra Azul open space preserve for the next 10 some years. While they are going threw this planning process they are looking for our thoughts on what we (the users) want done with the preserve. So what we as a community of mountain bikers need to do is VOICE OUR SELVES. So we might have a chance at legal DH trails, slalom trails, mtb only single track, and even a connector trail from Mt. Umunhum to demonstration forest. Let your mind go wild tell them what you want. So please take the time to fill out their survey it will take a minute or two till fill it out. Here is the link
