Hi,

Any Session 10 owners here?
I'm not sure which spring rate is gonna be the best for me.

I'm 181lbs and I bought the frame with a 350lbs spring, which is too firm.
I'm considering either a 250 or a 300, and I'd like to get around 35-38% sag.

Anyone can help? :-)

Cheers!
/Dave

I ran a 250lb spring on both of mine. I weighed 150lbs then.

I would try to keep that frame above 35% sag if you run it in the low/slack drop out settings.
With my bike in the low setting at full compression my 36t sprocket(no guard) hit the ground, add in some fork compression and you'll find yourself replacing bash guards and chain rings quite often. I went through 3 bashguards and 2 chainrings at a Port Angeles race one year which is a course almost no rocks at all.

Thanks!

Yeah, I run it in the slack setting and it is very low indeed (mine sits somewhere around 13.5" mark IIRC)!
What sag did you get w/ a 250lbs spring?
