Thought this was a worth a share. We've recently broke ground on what will be our regions fist four cross track! I'm pretty stoked on it and can not wait until every things finished up.
The track is going to be a bit mellow but still tones of fun. We have to make every thing rollable and friendly for new riders as this will be a public access, free to use any day park. Best yet its located right on main street so the park will be seen by nearly even one who comes to town. Hows that for putting mountain biking in the publics eye
Day 1: Rough cutting the upper portions of the tack...
Day 2: Cut the lower sections and stated base shaping a few features…
Day 3: Looking up the tack from near the bottom. Course is about 320 meters (1050 feet long)
Day 4/5: Started cleaning up the sods from the scrapings and shaped some turns. Places and capped our culverts and made a few features.
More stoke to follow. Upper bridges over some drain points go in today and fill to finish our berms should be dropped of tomorrow.
