Has anyone had release issues with this pedal? It is relatively new- but with the cheap price point there should be a number on the trails by now. The spring tension is backed out all of the way and I have tweaked the cleat position/ shimmed numerous times to no avail. I'm riding the white DX shoes for reference.
I've let a few people ride my bike around who have ridden shimano for years and they tipped over trying to get out of the pedals in a parking lot.
This is my first Shimano pedal and I hate to say it but so far it is a major step down from the Crank Brothers Smartys that go on chainlove for like 10 bucks.
