And this billboard is placed in a predominately black neighborhood. I understand their anti

Yes correct. And that's their whole motive. Law makers in PA have designated this year as "The year of the Bible". So this was their response. But driving by this sign at highway speeds or even walking by it in the neighborhood that it's in, I'm not sure the First Amendment is the first thing that pops into your head.

Apperently, the guy in this article, " the Zombie Mohammed" is the guy responsible for leading this billboard idea. Guess he was assaulted a while ago by a musslim who took offense to him being dressed up like the "zombie mahammed" but then the musslim had the charges dismissed by the judge. Death threats towards the judge ensued.
