and i would have to recomend this to any mtn biker.the focus on stability and efficiency is very effective.im doing a class,but i had a one x one consultation to start of with.im hoping this will helpmalot of with balance,as i am 6'4 and still growing.

Try moving down here. The winters arent that bad. And the summers are humid (it felt like flarada this year). But the mountain biking is grate. We genraly ride year round. Just not as mutch in the winter.
