555 with mostly Dura Ace, except for the Ultegra brakes. Upgraded to the HSC-5 full carbon fork, the full white looks better with the frame colors I think.

585 Ultra with Force. I put a slight tear in one of the red hoods putting it on, but it's not really noticeable when riding. Will have some nicer cranks on there soon hopefully.

Colnago CLX, Dura Ace, SLK Light cranks with ceramic BB. Faaaast bike!

And finally the TT bike. Ultegra derailleurs, DA cranks, brakes and shifters. Still need to install the brake levers and cable it up. The wheels really aren't much good for anything but a bike like this. The bar is all I could come up with for right now, but I've got my eyes open for something a bit lighter and more TT-specific.

Yeah, thanks. The 555 was supposed to be relegated to "rain/winter bike," but then somehow it ended up with Dura Ace and white tape/saddle, which probably wouldn't be the best choice for the nastier conditions. That tends to happen when I try to build a "beater" bike.
I have another frame that I'll probably end up building up for that role. I have most of another Ultegra kit, and certainly no shortage of wheels. It's a Look 481SL frame, carbon, but honestly I've been on the lookout for an aluminum frame.

I also have some Easton Orion II wheels that are probably the best bet for the crappier weather. Don't really want to ride carbon tubulars or some nice wheels in those conditions!

Damn. With a quiver of 5 I have more bikes than many people, but you have almost as many road bikes as I have bikes of any kind.

Do you plan to ride the TT bike much?

And how are those new Mavic wheels working for you?

I've been doing this a long time, and you tend to collect things over the years. I'm lucky I guess, I certainly appreciate having the bikes I do.
I probably won't ride the TT bike all that often, especially now that the weather is turning, but the local club has a monthly "fun" TT, so I thought it might be cool to do that. Had the frame, and the wheels, and most of the other parts, so I thought "why not?" I'm a sucker for TT bikes, I think they're some of the coolest looking bikes out there.

The new Mavics are pretty nice, don't have a lot of time on them. They're not super aero, which is a change coming from the 38mm tubulars I was riding before, but they're pretty damned light, and super responsive. You pedal and they jump.

nah. however, i'd love to see your SheBeast jersey collection!
ShebEEst, two 'E's.

I'm working on my Hebeest collection for next summer though, let me know if you want to model them.

I tell ya though, the best thing I got last year were the heated Sidi insoles, make riding in colder weather so much better...

Which one are you???
That's an older pic, from the Interbike before I started, so I'm not there, hate to let you folks down...:)

Yeah, I'm starting to lower my bars now, must've been the MTBer in me, so they're lower than in those pics.

Gone Firefighting - base, Carson City.

wow bro, we need to hook up some time, were not that far apart.
I am in tahoe, you gonna hit north star this weekend?
I don't have a DH bike together right now, and honestly I haven't been any of my mountain bikes in waaay too long.
I'm packing this weekend anyway, my lease is up at the end of the month...
