Someone just stole the dog walkers van full of dogs from in front of my house.
I heard a car door slam and a car take off tires squealing. The dog walker came downstairs yelling... He;s on the phone with the cops now...

The ransom thought was the first thing that came to mind. Unfortunately for the thief, it is in a VERY affluent, politically connected neighborhood. Any attempt and homeboy will likely end up in PMITA prison.
