my new years resolution for this year is to try and get into some racing. i have absolutely no experience with this. wut are some ideas to get into it? should i look around for some places? also being only 16 are there limits? thanks for the input

What kind of racing are you talking about? There are always limits. And yeah, you should look for places to race. If you don't look, how are you going to race?

im not really sure. i like both downhill and xc but cant do both. wuts a good site to looking?

If you have XC and DH bikes with proper gear, no reason you cant race both.

DH will be a drive, but plenty of XC races around.

bikereg.com is a good place to start for some XC races.

Hey Couching- Our club hosts weekly time trials in the spring and fall in the Blackstone Valley area ( we actually put in a pretty sweet loop at the Blackstone Gorge this past fall for the Greenway Challenge....) If your interested let me know and I'll email you the spring schedule when we put things together.......
