From August 18-22, a five-rider Team TIBCO squad will compete against the best women cyclists in the world as they take on the Trophee d’Or. No stranger to European racing, Team Captain Meredith Miller will lead the squad. U.S. National Champion Megan Guarnier brings her fair share of European racing experience and success to the squad. Later this month, the all-star will defend her title as last year’s winner of the Giro della Toscana.

Team TIBCO’s Amanda Miller also joins the squad after proving her excellent form last week at La Route de France, where she held onto the yellow leader’s jersey for four days. For Lauren Hall and U.S. U23 National Criterium and Road Champion Samantha Schneider, this will be their first time racing in France and Italy.

“Our Fall program brings Team TIBCO back to Europe to contest stage wins and overall victory,” said the Team’s European directeur sportif Angela van Smoorneburg. “These races will give our riders an opportunity to race at the highest level of the sport with an international peloton.”
