Anyone dealing with tendonitis? I have it from overuse in both achilles tendons, and really want to be a runner again...but every time I get a couple good runs in it flares up and I gimp around for a week or 2. Have done therapy, do lots of stretching (Have very short achilles tendons...) accupucture and pressure, ice/heat, electro therapy and being lazy. Lazy is the only cure I have found.

Anyone use Clydesdale shoes? At 5'8"/200 lbs I am thinking maybe I need a little more cushion for the pushin'...

I had a few years back a problem with my left one. And why? Because my snowboard boots had a sh!tty lacing system.
Rest and and chilling in Salt water on the beach helped a lot for me. Also, you should wear shoes that provide no contact with the tendon.
Running gives me still somewhat of pain and weather changes are also felt in the tendon.
    But otherwise I am fine.
