Anyone keeping snakes as pets should be on a watch list.
Agreed, but the profoundly stupid snake guy has brown skin, so he probably already is on a watch list.

But seriously, how is it even legal to import a fucking cobra, tiger, any animal from Australia, etc...into the US? I'm not even convinced a zoo needs to have these things, much less a wannabe herpatologist. As illustrated by the python infestation in Florida, if a few cobras get loose then shit could start getting weird in a hurry. On the bright side, if that happened, perhaps it could result in a meaningful decline of snake-shaking baptists here in the bible belt.

Are you insane ? No self respecting "snake-shaking baptist" would have anything to do with a snake from another country. This'Murica, we don't shake no foreigner snakes !

Saw this story this morning and was trying to figure out how everyone else walked away with minor injuries. Now it's clear. "I don't wear a seatbelt cuz I don't want the guberment telling me what to do!"

Former “Ax Men” star Gabe Rygaard was killed in a car crash involving three vehicles outside of Port Angeles, Washington on Friday. He was 45.

According to local paper Peninsula Daily News, Rygaard’s father confirmed the news that his son was involved in the wreck on the U.S. Highway 101. Clallam Fire District No. 2 Assistant Chief Dan Huff also told the paper that Rygaard died in the hospital as a result of the injuries.

Six passengers from the two other cards sustained minor injuries, which were all treated at the scene.

Rygaard’s Ford Bronco was apparently driving behind a black Chevrolet Tahoe. When the Tahoe was slowing to a stop, Rygaard veered the car to the left and struck the rear of the other car. The Bronco rotated and hit a Dodge Ram van which was traveling the other way.

According to State Patrol, Rygaard was not wearing a seat belt.

A representative from the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the tragedy.

Rygaard starred in History Channel’s “Ax Men,” a show that premiered in 2008. The show follows the work of logging crews in the second-growth forests of Northwestern Oregon, Washington and Montana and the rivers of Louisiana and Florida.

Rygaard joined the show in its second season as the new owner of Rygaard Logging, a business founded by his father in 1992.

http://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/Motorcyclist-Doing-Donuts-is-Killed-in-San-Jose-Crash-398803951.html

A motorcyclist recklessly performing donuts along West San Carlos Street in San Jose was killed in a crash Tuesday evening, police said Wednesday.

The driver was identified as 48-year-old Guy Perry, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office.

Officers responded to a report of a motorcycle crash on Laswell Avenue and West San Carlos Street, a block east from Bascom Avenue, around 5:30 p.m., police said.

Arriving officers found the motorcyclist, later identified as Perry, who was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, police said.

An initial investigation showed the motorcyclist wasn't wearing a helmet while recklessly doing donuts on the roadway and spinning his rear tire, according to police.

The motorcyclist lost control of the bike, was thrown off and landed on a curb, police said.
