How the fuck old are people on this forum? Are 90 year olds even allowed to ride bikes? If my calculations are correct '92 was approximately a billion years ago. Sam Hill is the only rider to ever run flat pedals and matter.

That would require sam hill having........what's the word.......

a 'personality'

He's got a good one, it's just hard to see being a good dude over the loudness that is being an obnoxious twatwaffle bro trying to entertain 13 year olds on PB by showing your ass and getting hammered for the camera..... :P

No one cares about Enduro. MTB media can try all they want but there's no real interest. We just wanted to see a DH'er - on flats, no less! - beat the Endurotards at their own game.

Can't we have a dual slalom series instead?

Nico would jump back and forth between clips and flats and has what 10 world champs under his belt.

I think I must have been misunderstood earlier, so I'll try to elaborate in a way that makes my point more clear.

About 1 billion years ago, meiosis and sexual reproduction were present in single celled eukaryotes. Also, Nicolas Vouilloz was winning world champs. It is relevant to my life in that it is a thing that happened, and it helped shape the modern landscape of life, and mountain biking, but that's as far as it goes. I'm not staying up at night thinking about those things. I'm not looking up videos of sweet sexual reproduction in single celled eukaryotes, even though they technically did it in much the same way that Vouilloz was winning world champs on flats during the same time period. When I'm not participating in sexual reproduction and mountain biking, I'd much rather turn my attention toward human porn, not single celled eukaryotes, and in that same theme I would much rather turn my attention to mountain bikers who actually matter, not on riders that lived a billion years ago and were just a few steps back in the evolutionary chain of mountain biking, and didn't really know what the fuck was going on.

Stop reliving the glory days of single celled eukaryote sexual reproduction. Stop reliving the glory days of Nicolas. He's ancient history.

Sam Hill is the only rider to ever ride flats and matter.

How fucking infant age are people on this forum? Are 3 year olds even allowed to ride bikes? If my calculations are correct sam hill relevancy in dh was approximately 20 minutes ago. Sam Hill is only the most recent rider to ever run flat pedals and matter.

TBF if most of them weren't all such entitled little darlings when younger it'd be the Grandad club

Minnaar on EWS in the Ross Bell interview on Pinkbike just now

"I think it's a great participation sport and downhill is a great racing sport."

Spot on really.

Its that time again. Coverage from Chile so far looks brilliant. Hill's foot out drifts are back, Melamed is a wild (and lucky) man and punctures still suck. Looking forward to seeing what Columbia puts on for a race as well.

Deadset those Chilean tracks looked mean.
