I find myself in possession of it at the moment. Too bad the 14-24 is just a rental. Its a really cool piece of glass, the front element is a work of art. Hopefully this combo earns its bacon this weekend in Iceland. Otherwise I'll just be left with a sore back.

Does it count if the rental came in a Canon bag?

Now now, let's not make him feel inferior about the size of his lenses.

I own part of the old trinity, 28-70mm f/2.8 (the "Beast") and the 80-200mm f/2.8 AF-S.

I am looking for a decent used copy of the 17-35mm f/2.8...

the holy trinity should really be comprised of prime lenses...

    i've got a bastardized version (35 f/1.4; 85 f/1.2; 135 f/2)

And the 14-24 goes back to the rental place tonight. I didn't end up using it as much as I had anticipated. The results i did get however looked pretty awesome.
