When you dump a couple grand on a mountain bike, you may not expect it to remain The Pinnacle of Bitchen-ness forever, but you probably didn't expect it to become the butt of jokes within three seasons. Couldn't believe it when i rode by a guy at MAMMOTH, of all places, he had a huge grin on his face while riding a Fat Chance-with a John Deer themed paintjob. First time I've actually been jealous of another riders bike since. . . probably back when Fat Chance was the sweetest ride you get your hands on.

Bikes are fun no matter how outdated they seem!
