Anyone ever try them?

I'm currently sipping down the last of a Kashi GoLean chocolate drink...

I forgot lunch today and there was one left over from the last customer meeting we had here (employees get to eat the goodies left from said meetings). It's actually pretty tasty...

I've tried the Atkins shakes too, I like the Coffee one.

They kind of coat your tongue though, so I can see how it's not for everyone. I have NO idea if this will keep me satiated for another 6 or 7 hours, but...worth a try

I have not tried mentioned the shakes you mentioned. Of course I never touch anything that fly's the Atkins flag. Usually means it tastes like $hit and is overpriced.

I have been drinking the EAS shakes and they seem to do it, still a wierd taste and definitly coats your tounge.

I prefer drinking some protien powder or a protein enhanced powerd packet, yumm. Nothing better than soy, whey, water and the fake chocolate or vanilla falvor.

I like Kashi stuff. I eat their cereal and their bars sometimes too....tastey!
