We've all collectively decided to go back to having the post ride parking lot bbq, instead of going to the wing place for food. We think this might be why our group has been slowly declining in size; the last few weeks we've had only a handful of people out, compared to 10-18 riders during the summer (which in itself was getting too big
).

I am thinking I should buy another bike to comfort myself with the backwards slide of the human race. Fat or 29plus? Going to be for winter riding and adventuring.

you're in Maine right? for winter, I'd say fat hands down. anything plus won't have the float on snow. seems like fat would be fine for adventuring... or you could put 29 wheels in a fat bike for gravel road type adventuring.

Our health care is going through the roof, I have a kid starting college in a year in a half and at $30-$40K a year we need the extra money!
