Front Range, dude...
If CO is racking up 1.3 billion in sales and hundreds of millions in tax revenue, just think how much infrastructure that could be replaced and jobs created if weed was legal nationally. But that would be the rational thing to do so...
Fighter jets, bombers, new weapons systems...think about what the Phederal Gubminnt could buy with a national weed legalization/tax...

Nope, notta chance.
Must be 18
Personal = 30g
Can share with friends.
Must be purchased from a regulated retailer or...
4 plants allowed per household NOT per person.
Offences regarding importation / exportation / making available to minors / driving etc etc range from a fine to 14 years in prison.

Until the legislation goes into effect sometime late spring / early summer, all current prohibitions are still in place.

Going to be interesting to see how this plays out, including how this will effect relations with the US with the current anti-pot administration.

So if weed is legal in Canada and Washington state then can you cross the border with it ?
That was an interesting development here when Oregon finally came around. While it is technically illegal to drive across the boarder between Oregon/Washington with it, they don't look for it or enforce it in any way.

But we are pretty friendly states in general.
