I'm heading home to my dad's tomorrow and was wondering if anyne had suggestions for decent beginner/intermediate trails in the Albany/Latham/Schenectady area. I wanted to go out in the morning and ride during the day. Figured I'd try to take advantage of any opportunity to explore new trails, not mentioning the fact that I've only had my new mtn bike for 3 weeks, so essentially all trails are new to me.

There are some trails in Schenectady's Central Park. Basically park off of Fehr Ave. and you can't miss them.

Edit: I can't do tomorrow during the day, but our local SMBA trails are quite fun too...in Saratoga Springs. My babysitters both have to work so I couldn't get out until late afternoon or early evening or I would offer to show you around.
