You know, unfortunately, he simply echoes the thoughts and words of many 'murikkkans™ when he does sh!t like this. He does not act like a statesman, nor does he act like a diplomat or even the distinguished businessman he claims to be. He acts like the worst gutter snipe conman scumbag you could ever find. And I wish he would go back to where he was found.

But cannot understand the "checks and balances" function of government.

Deception via statistics:

Just over 40 percent of SNAP recipients are white. Another 25.7 percent are black, 10.3 percent are Hispanic, 2.1 percent are Asian and 1.2 percent are Native American, according to a 2015 Department of Agriculture report.

The context is that 13.3% of Americans are black, 17.8% Hispanic, 5.7% Asian, 1.3% Native American... Black people are indeed overrepresented on the rolls, although there certainly are plenty of poor white people as well.
