Site orientation, grid connection, high temperature, inverters concerns, very remote site that requires regular maintenance, vandalism, etc, etc. Better to just build solar plants where they make sense and instead of building another wall that doesn't work, just spend money on real problems like a healthcare system that doesn't leave millions with nothing.
