I installed a Photoshop demo and it put crap all over the place. What is the best way to unistall it so that everything is cleaned up?

If there is no uninstaller in the app, you're screwed and have to search, but most everything should be in the app folder or Library/Prefs/Adobe.

what is this crap that you speak of? more specifics would help.

Well it was a bunch of misc applications that would show up in my start menu when I was choosing what program to open a file with. I assumed these were in a config file somewhere and would have to be removed. However, I manually deleted the PS directory and they all disappeared so no issues now.
