Have any of you chicks raced at the Diablo Freeride Park in Vernon, NJ? I watched the US Open there last year and am considering entering for the fun of it. Is the women's Am class popular?

Anyhow, I was at Massanutten and between the open and sport classes there was around 20 girls there, and I heard lots of talk about how fun the US Open course is and some of the girls were going to go. You should go do it for fun, what do you have to loose?

Yes, that's my face, and you should have seen my knee! That was actually one year ago to the week, going way too fast in my driveway. Now I love my helmet.
It's doubtful I'm a grand contender but I'd be stoked to have some girls to ride with. Riding in the open is going to be challenging but exciting, as last year I was walking with a cane and sporting the road rash.
