Any recommendations on a lock box for storing a sidearm in a vehicle, preferrably one that can be mechanically secured to the vehicle to make theft a little more inconvenient?

I have a slightly larger version of that same safe and I have no complaints with it. The combination is easy to program and very easy to enter.
Why would you ever take it off? When you do, it'll be the one time you need it!

I have their full size safe and it works great, If i were to pick up one for my vehicle the one you listed would be the one i would get.
