I am going to be in Vegas for a business trip and should have some free time on Wednesday March 25th. Me and my buddy are looking at renting some bikes and hit some trails. I found a few shops that rent bikes but they close too early (4pm to 6pm) for us to be able to ride and get the bikes back. I don't think we would be free to get out and ride until probably the evening.

If anyone is local to there and would like to meet up to ride and could maybe even hook us up with some bikes if we cant find some to rent, let me know. Any info or help would be appreciated.

What kind of riding are you looking to do? I'm pretty fond of Bootleg Canyon in Boulder City. All Mountain Cyclery in Boulder is a good place for bike repairs and rentals, as well as trail information.

I would say we're mainly looking for Single Track. I was thinking of hitting a practice at Boulder City BMX if they have rentals and we can't find a way to ride trails. We seen a few places that offered picking you up from the strip and taking you to the bike shop which would be a huge bonus. I'm not sure what our transportation will be like while we're there.

So, not really sure what you mean, still, by what type of riding you're into. DH? XC? Bootleg Canyon in Boulder has a good amount of everything, and bikes to rent. There is also a shuttle for Bootleg on the weekends.

XC preferred, been a while since I've been on a big bike but I wouldn't mind throwing a leg over one if the chance came along. I'm pretty open to options. Just want to get outside and ride while we're in town.

Those bike shops probably could set up your day with a member of the club they're sponsoring.
