Does anybody know of a good candidate to represent us at Walnut Creek Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) meetings? Theres one on Monday April 9 at 7pm.

PROS Mission
The City of Walnut Creek Park, Recreation and Open Space Commission acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council regarding the park, open space and recreation needs of the City.
The Commission prepares, adopts and recommends to the City Council reasonable standards and policies for park, open space and recreation facilities development, program services, facility usage and other related matters.
The Commission reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on the design and plans of park, open space and recreation facilities.
The Commission reviews all tentative subdivision maps and makes recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council on the application of the Citys Park Land Dedication Ordinance.
The Commission reviews the short and long-term capital improvement needs of the park, open space and recreation programs.

It looks like they are considering adopting the EBRPD guidelines for which trails allow bikes. . . this would be bad. We need someone there.
