I'm looking for a room to rent while I work for the summer in the santa cruz/aptos/soquel area. I'm posting this here because I'd rather live with someone who rides bikes than anyone else. I'm easy going, will be working a lot, riding a lot, etc...If you're interested, pm me. Hey ET, do you guys have an extra room at your house that your parents would rent out to me?

I'm moving out of my place on 6/15 but it's a 1br and it's $1050. Probably a little steep for just one peep, my GF and I split it at $525ea. It does have a garage for bikes and crap. Just thought I'd throw it out there incase.

Not sure about the best way to find one, but I suspect there are students looking to sublease their places for the summer. Maybe check the classifieds in the Sentinel, Good Times, Metro? If you can get up this way for a day or two next weekend, check bulletin boards around UCSC, like at the bus stops
