Some of you may have seen or know about the GGDH event posted (since removed) in the Downhill forum. The forest Service knows of this event and will be there this weekend to cite anyone attempting to participate as it is unlawfully using Forest Service and private Land among other Federal offenses.
It is an unfortunate circumstance that could have a far reaching impact on mountain biking and set back all that SDMBA and its hard working volunteers have put into getting and maintaining trail access in San Diego, not to mention hurting our effort to get a DH/FR area of our own to use.
