Portion control and exercise. No fancy diets or programs are needed. I lost 75 pounds over the last nine months by just eating fewer calories and walking a lot.

Why low in fat?
Stuff yourself and get thin.
Low in fat is based off of old, incorrect premises about food.
Low in carbs and low in crap fats (trans fats, omega 6 oils like canola) is the way to go. Eat that bacon and eggs, on the other hand.
