This really sucks, I badly sprained a finger 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to ride (or bend my finger), but in my great anticipation of finally riding this weekend I decide to rebuild my bike. Take my Boxxer WC's apart and crap my motion control cartidge is pooched! It looks like it's a seal inside but it could be something else black and round and I can't get it out, I've only got 1/4 of the compression and it's making some wierd hissing/air sounds. Oh well back to RS, but let this be a lesson to everyone, you're off injured for a while give you bike some TLC at the start, not the end of the injury!!
