hey i used to jump on my bmx but then the front wheel and saddle got stolen as it was tied up :/ so i did a sesh on my trek 4300 which is not a jump bike and i found that on a hardtail i am a LOT better than i am on my bmx eg. bigger air etc.

so i thought stuff the bmx il get a jump bike now i have about 300ishh i can probs stretch my budget now i am only 5 foot 2 -- btw im 14 so i would like a relatively small light weight jump bike.

what do you guys reccomend for me??

a complete set up around 300 pounds maybe more but it has to be kind of samll and light weight

the gt ruckus though doesnt have front suspension and i think thats the reason for me to do better

You need to buy used then.

i think you should stick with the 20". it's better for your height, age, and money. just watch some videos of 20" riders blasting. a big bike and shock fork won't "help" you get big air. just ride with other riders and learn to jump.

but if you do for sure want an mtb, shop around and test ride stuff. a lot of 26" wheel dirt jump mtb's may feel too big.
