I am going to get a new pair of Smith goggles to go with my new helmet. I notice that the goggles com in Universal, traditional, and large frame fit sizes.

Any idea which size will fit best for a TLD MOTOCROSS helmet?

I've got a pair of Spy Alloy MX goggles, and a pair of Dragon MDX goggles, and both of them fit fine. The "large fit" ones might float a little bit, but I'm not sure.

If I recall, both of those have that raised-elbow-strap-connector thing (I know, I know, my mastery of technical terms is uncanny), so they should fit fine.

Yeah, those Smith goggles fit in about any helmet for sure.
One thing to look out for, if you are getting them on a "hook-up" make sure you specify a color. Those guys have been known to send you out some Bright Green goggles with a urine colored lens and other colorful assortments.
